Plan your day with ChatGPT or Claude

Works with ChatGPT, Claude and other AI apps. Tell yours what’s on your plate in your own words; it plans the whole day and sends it to your iPhone.

No AI connected yet? Tap your usual routines and start with cards for right now.

Then you just do. One card at a time.

Tap Done and the next card prints. Nothing else asks for you.

  1. Push-ups
  2. Shower
  3. Put the water on
  4. Garlic pasta

Built for doing, not organizing

No list to tend, no overdue pile. Just the next card, and a record of what you did.

Only the next card

Everything else waits out of sight. Done brings the next one.

Waits are tracked for you

When something has to wait, the app keeps track of it while you do the next thing.

Proud of today? Share it.

Every Done keeps what you record, with units. A day turns into a card worth posting.

Plans around your calendar

Prep before the meeting, a follow-up after. Your AI suggests; you decide.

On your Home Screen and Lock Screen

Start or finish the current card from a widget, without opening the app. On the Home Screen you can skip it, and it shows in StandBy too.

Give your AI a job

Say it however it comes. Your AI plans the whole day, travel and timers included, and keeps ideas like Spanish for when there’s room.

A preview of the cards. Your AI does this properly once you’re connected.

Questions

What is one-by.one?

one-by.one is an iPhone app for people who plan with AI assistants. Your AI turns your day into an ordered queue of cards; your phone shows one doable action at a time, with Start, Done, Skip, Dismiss and Undo for mistaken taps. It is on the App Store for iPhone and is for people aged 16 and over.

Which AI assistants can I connect?

You can connect any MCP agent that supports remote HTTP and OAuth sign-in, including ChatGPT, Claude, CLI tools and editors. one-by.one supports dynamic client registration and up to three AI connections per account. The Connect page has setup steps. AI services have their own access requirements, terms and privacy policies.

Can I use it before connecting my AI?

Yes. Tap your usual routines and any habits, and the app makes cards for the part of the day you’re in. Connect your AI whenever you like, and it plans each day around you. A subscription is required.

How much does it cost, and is there a free trial?

Launch pricing is US$12.99 per month or US$59.99 per year in the United States. Yearly plan: 14-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, as determined by the App Store. The monthly plan has no trial. There is no free tier. The App Store shows your local price, eligibility and renewal terms. After the trial, a subscription is needed for paid product features and AI connections; existing data remains readable without a subscription.

What can I record with one-by.one?

You can record results with units such as weight, repetitions, distance, duration, volume, energy, nutrients, pages or cups. Records shows today and week totals, and share images are generated on your device.

Is my calendar shared with my AI?

Calendar sharing is optional and off until you choose calendars. If enabled, the next seven days of event titles, start and end times, and all-day status from selected calendars are shared with your connected AI. Hide event names shows “Busy” instead of event names. Calendar notes, attendees, locations and URLs are not uploaded, and one-by.one does not write to your calendars. Data remains available until the server confirms withdrawal; offline withdrawal is retried when the app reconnects.

How is my data protected, and what does my AI receive?

We don't routinely look at your content. Operator access to stored data is limited to fixing a problem you report, keeping the service secure, or meeting a legal obligation. Text you write (card titles, notes, interests, memories, calendar event names) is stored encrypted with a key specific to your account. When you delete your account we delete that key; database backups taken before deletion can still contain it until those backups expire, after which the deleted text can no longer be read. When your connected AI reads your plan or records, it receives the saved text its tools return, such as card titles, results and memories; your AI provider’s policies govern its copy, and disconnecting blocks future access but does not erase what it already received.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel your auto-renewing subscription through Apple. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or subscription period ends to avoid renewal. Apple handles purchases, renewals, cancellation and refund requests. Deleting your one-by.one account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Is one-by.one an AI to-do list app?

Yes, without a list to manage. Your AI writes the tasks; the app shows the next one, with a timer when it has a length.

Is it a good to-do list app for ADHD?

It is built for people who freeze in front of a long list: you see one task, not forty. It is not a medical app and does not treat ADHD.

Is one-by.one available on Android?

Not yet. one-by.one is iPhone only.
